The Blues Brothers -- Jailhouse Rock -- Revised Cut
You know, I must have seen "The Blues Brothers" a dozen times, but I don't ever remember it ending quite like this.

2016-04-07 Gutfeld Shuts Down O'Reilly
Переглядів 4088 років тому
On 4/7/2016, Greg Gutfeld left Bill O'Reilly speechless. Gutfeld did this by by good-humorously addressing the friendship between Bill O'Reilly and Don #Trump. The question raised was whether that friendship influences coverage of Trump on Fox News' "O'Reilly Factor." O'Reilly feigned shock at the very idea of the question, sitting in stunned silence in response.
Don's Media Strategy

Don's Media Strategy was outlined by a character played by Dean Martin more than 50 years ago, in a movie titled, "Robin and the Seven Hoods": "When your opponent's sitting there holding all the aces, there's only one thing left to do: Kick over the table."

Robin and 7 Hoods - Peter Falk pursues Barbara Rush
Переглядів 9 тис.9 років тому
The negotiating style of Peter Falk's character leaves a little something to be desired. Desperation is never pretty. From 1964's "Robin and the Seven Hoods."
"An Otherwise Peaceful Religion," Josh Earnest, 2015 Jan 12
Переглядів 699 років тому
During his White House Press Briefing on Monday, January 12th, 2015, Josh Earnest used the phrase "an otherwise peaceful religion" when referring to Islam in the context of terrorists who use Islam as justification for their actions. To me, this was a parallel to the apocryphal story of the awkward fellow who asked, "Well, other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?"

On "The Kelly File" (November 10th, 2014), Megan Kelly and Bret Stephens discussed Valerie Jarrett, and her role in the Obama administration. Of particular enjoyment were the segment teases, which lead this clip. At the end of the video are a few seconds with Megyn and Mike Huckabee (blooper). By the way, the opening segments of the program (not included here), regarding the public comments of ...

So much joy in their singing!
Was watching Jack Benny show and seen them. Wow they are so cool, classy and just like guys you would like to sit and have a cup of coffee with. Amazing talent.
Great singing, but I'd replace that guitarist who stands there looking mortified.
One of the Violinists in this orchestra lived in Phoenix and after he retired I got to play his fiddle. It was well worn but loud.
Righteous fellow babies I so dug it! God Bless the Mills Brothers.
Jack made comedy look effortless.
The best!!!
Just great
Boring liars mad 😡
Liar
THANK YOU for uploading this bodacious "blast from the past" ! Growing up in the 60s, my family watched Lawrence Welk's show almost every Saturday night. But I don't recall watching this Jack Benny episode back then. What a lot of fun to watch! I LOVE Jack Benny! I went online and found out that this was the year (1971) that ABC cancelled Mr Welk's show after 16 years on the network. But it was still so popular that it ran in first year syndication from '71 to 1982!
Oh Jack!❤️ thank you for making me laugh out loud!
This show aired on April 3, 1971.
They were a class act! A great Era in so many ways!
freaking love those guys!
Yep yep yep yep yep
Shine Little Glow Worm on the soundtrack of Palm Royal Apple TV + caught my ear and I’m here now. These guys are something else. Just absolute perfection. Crazy how the greatest of talents get forgotten but this is proof that great music is eternal and can always pop back into the now. So grateful for this discovery. Heavenly sound truly.
Maaaannn! They are certainly the most swingingist group to do it!! 🕺🏽
I'm 77 years old , 12-26- 1974 is 49 years ago I still miss him all these years ago . You just know some people are just good people
Born Before My Time :(
NO Politics
It's great to see this live performance thank you!
Greatest vocal group of all time
They just don't make them like this anymore!
Beloved……..
It is very cool to see Welk change his program just to get back a favor. Classic showbiz in every respect.
Perfection! Bravo!
So natural - then increasingly hilarious. The Master.
This is a comedy genius. Today we have something that passes for comedy. Sad.
And to think this was replaced with hip hop!
They were all so good but Donald oh man what a beautiful voice.
This opus one just knocked me out !!! So nice !!!
I want more likes.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this whole thing, such talent so pure. I also somehow laugh at the same jokes every time I watch, SO GOOD! 😂
Cowards.
Benny just 3 years before he died. He STILL had it. And he really could play the violin.
I heartily concur!
@@jubalcalif9100 and to the end, he was hysterically funny, just standing there.
Dinah is so pretty and sweet as an actress and singer. Cuddles is always such a comical delight in all of his film appearances. Thanks for such an enjoyable film clip.
The comedians of today cannot shine the shoes of those in the past.
Smoooth as silk. Immense talent.
Wow, what talent. Love the Mills brothers.
Unmitigated joy!!!
Talent like JB only comes along once in a lifetime
That routine never stops being funny.
As a teen in 70s I love how simplistic and well meaning the 📺 programming was.
Smooth, Style, Sophistication, Sweet, Sassy, SPECTACULAR!!! Thank Heaven I can still listen to FABULOUS music on UA-cam.
I know, me too, Fabulous!
That song was mine and husband he was was I the navy I was in the land army on are letters 😅.
There's more entertainment, here, than has been seen since.
They were a talented group of musicians for 40+ years! Iam sure did numbers with the late Sammy Davis Jr. & Count Basie!
What does he mean by "Rex?"😂😂😂😂
Rex Harrison played the lead in My Fair Lady...joke is about diction...Welk's accent.
The line “The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain” is a line of dialogue from the movie “My Fair Lady.” It is spoken by the character of Henry Higgins, who was played by actor Rex Harrison, a famous British actor.
Love whenever he comes on the shows to play his violin
